I order my food online and I come in to pick up at the pick up time and the gentleman didn't finish my order. I stood there while he took others orders. Finally gets to my food and pushes it aside. I tell him I'm here for my food and takes his sweet time. I ordered my food ahead of time to be in and out because I work night shift and don't want to be late for work. But guess what. Was late anyway.
I walked in and 2 employees were sitting down at a table just talking and when they came to serve me they didn't wash their hands. They didn't want to refill the mayo after they were done making my sandwich they went back and sat down and played with each other hair. Then 2 more customers walked and the employees still didn't wash their hands
I don’t know if it had been super busy or a long day, but the service was super messy while making the sandwich and toppings not even on the sandwich then wrapped up. Wasn’t pleased at all.
Always a great experience here and the ONLY subway I will go to in Marion, CR, and Hiawatha area. Great staff and Ollie is always very nice and on top of it!
This location gets worse each time I go there there always out of stuff
