We have lived at Aspen Lofts for almost 4 years, would have been longer but we sadly relocated for job purpose.nI will agree these apartment are on the higher side for being in Grand Forks, but once you factor in all the utilities & amenities that are included, you get what you pay for!nWhat sold us is how dog friendly Aspen Lofts is. Besides their dog wash station, the newly laid turf in the dog parks was awesome! Our fur babies never wanted to come inside.nJosh & Brittany at the office are super nice & go above and beyond for the tenants! Whenever we needed maintenance, Josh was there right away or made sure to schedule us right away with a technician. The buildings are kept nice & clean at all times. Management also host events or giveaways for tenants, it truly feels like it’s own little community!nnWe highly recommend Aspen Lofts! ud83dude0a

We loved living at Aspen Lofts. The apartments are among the nicest in Grand Forks, and so are the staff and neighbors. We used to joke that it was like living in a hotel. We loved how clean and we'll kept everything was, how quiet the units were with our baby and pets, and the amenities center.nnI'll be honest that we were initially worried about the cost, but once we factored in the utilities that were covered, it ended up being about the same as other apartments we've had, just better quality. It ended up being the nicest apartment we've ever lived in.nnJosh, Nichole, and the rest of the staff really go above and beyond to make it a great living experience. Thank you!

Overpriced Apartments walls were very crooked elevator makes crackling noise but great location for pittmoss they do not respond to complaints

Beyond expectations for a dog friendly apartment complex, clean, great amenities, best apartment gym I've seen outside of larger cities, central air, pleasant staff, open communication via email and dedicated website for payments and community discussion, and safe environment. Only downside is floors between levels seems thin. People walking above me sounds like a bowling alley.
