The maintenance staff there is pretty bad. Some of them are good at getting things done on time, but the female staff worker I would see around was incredibly rude every time I saw her. The amenities would be pretty cool to have if they were actually maintained well, but they are not. All of the amenities are run down which doesn't make sense because I payed so much to live there. Where is my money going?? Overall, the Verge is way overpriced and only half of the staff is actually nice, so please look for a different apartment to save yourself some money!

You’re more paying for the amenities than you do for the housing itself. Yes, it has a pool, ice rink, volleyball court, grills, gyms, etc but what you actually live in is more important. The buildings themselves are adequate, but be ready to hear through walls and shades that mainly just block the window while still letting light through. The basic furniture is adequate but some might find themselves wishing for a nicer bed. Kitchen works decently, but the fan over the stove doesn’t vent outside, it just vents above the microwave. The community and staff are great but because it’s part of a national apartment chain don’t get your hopes super high on the quality

Been living here for 2 years now and we’ve had very good luck. Lots of amenities to take advantage of (The pool, beach volleyball, campus shuttle, fire pit, and fitness center). Rooms are very modern, cozy, and best of all...fully furnished. This is the main reason why I’ve decided to live here. My favorite thing is that we each get our own bedroom, bathroom, and walk in closet. This is amazing and it’s probably one of the only apartment complexes in Grand Forks that offers this. Walls are pretty thin which is my only gripe but we’ve had very quiet neighbors so it’s never been a problem. Other than that it’s been a great experience and we plan to renew our lease for a 3rd year.

It is a good place to live. The fact that furniture is included was really nice. I also liked the fact that I could pick my roommates. They are considerate to any questions or complaints you might have.

Just moved in, super clean, all the appliances are in great condition. Super fun place to live off of campus but still close enough to get the full college experience.
