I ordered using their app two sandwiches and added pepperoni. They gave me two sandwiches with just pepperoni and none of the meat that come on the sandwiches. As well as the wrong toppings, and I had to wait twenty minutes in the store for the sandwiches while the clearly high staff barely did their job. Submitted a complaint online and never heard back so I called the store and the employee was incredibly rude and seemed to lack basic reasoning skills. Don’t waste your money.
You guys cut the menu and your interiors looks like your serving food out of a restroom
They’ve been “out” of the same things every single visit. Once - I get, but at some point it’s gotta come down to outright laziness and mismanagement.
While yes it is a subway there is two ways my visit could have went, like all the times at Anamosa, Maquoketa or Dubuque or how it went today. Shannon & Cort did an awesome job in their presentation and attitudes and I strongly urge the owners of this location to give them rasies.
Lazy and incompetent. Out of four different kinds of breads and two meats. Completely clueless to what is in stock or generally in front of them. General communication skills are completely absent. This lowered the already low bar for stupid at Subway.
