I order Taco Bell through door dash very often. Every order I have received has been incorrect. As someone who works in food service I understand mistakes with food, so while it annoys me it’s not the end of the world... but I don’t understand how you mess up drink orders either. Someone isn’t double checking or even trying with delivery orders. Their food is so good but if I spend 15-20 dollars on dinner, I’m very unhappy when NON of it is something I want. I don’t know if they read their reviews. But employees should care about their job and what they do, especially management. So I hope something changes and my orders start arriving correct, and what I paid for.

Horrible experiences here. Witnessed a manager complaining about this not being his store and he would not Shut up or stop harassing the employees. How any of these employees last here is beyond my comprehension. I never leave reviews but this place is just insane. On another ocassion this same manager refused to remove the second tortilla from a double stacked taco. When I told him that I’ve ordered it like this many times he said that he was in charge. This isn’t rocket science. I honestly don’t know how this location is still open. Maybe it’s because people love Taco Bell but next time I want Taco Bell I’m heading over to coralville.
