This is my first time at zupas, the menu is pretty large so you have plenty of options. Love the soup selections!! I chose the roasted lobster soup and it was amazing! I have the crab avocado sandwich (also delicious) The sandwich was a little small honestly but I'm a big guy so....lol

So we went to this Zupas tonight and the blonde girl at the counter said to us “ do you have a table”. There was no hello, or welcome to Zupas. It was just do you have a table. I thought this to be rude. Hence the three stars. The redeeming factor that held it there was Rick. He was very kind, he asked how I was doing, he quickly cleaned a table for us, he was very thorough in his cleaning. He also started a conversation with us as we waited. He gave us some things we were in need of and told us that when we were finished that to just leave our stuff and he would be happy to clean up after us. If it wasn’t for Rick I would have to only give 2 stars. As Isaiah the food was great and to taste. I have been here many times but this time was not what I usually expected. Thank you Rick for your great service!!

I liked the lobster bisque and sandwich. It was quick and convenient. They did pack everything up to go citing they were out of dining room tables. By the time my party was done getting our food there was a table available. We must have come at the end of the lunch rush because tables started opening up quickly.

I love Zupas! I live out of state and anytime I visit my family in Las Vegas, this restaurant is a must visit. The quality of the food is excellent every time, and everything from the soups to the salads are fresh and delicious. In September 2020, which is the most recent time I was there, I had excellent customer service from Danny- he went above and beyond to make sure I got my takeout order. I highly recommend this place- it's the best soup and salad type place you will find!

Delicious, succulent, and nutritious, salads and soups are the mainstay. The courteous and dedicated staff enhance the atmosphere. Very grateful for the dining out experience.
