Its del taco
Just rolled through with the family. Samantha was awesome. Food was hot and fresh and service was amazing. Will definitely go back again.Its refreshing tio see happy people at work
In the last week, I've been here twice and both times took forever. The first time, we showed up around 7:15(ish) at night. There were 2 vehicles ahead of us and both took some time to get their orders in. After I was done ordering they asked me to park around front to wait and they'd bring it out. Waited about 30 minutes. They messed it up. I ordered maybe 14 items, but 9 of them were tacos. I didn't make any special requests or anything. As the guy hands me my food, I ask if the receipt is in the bag and he said yeah. It wasn't. So I try calling to see if I can get the items that were missed and got hung up on. Not cool. I'm disappointed.
Paying full price for half orders of items not worth my time and money.
I'd suggest not visiting this location.
Every visit I've ever made here is either one thing or another. Incompetent staff. Blaming errors on new employees very professional. No excuses when your the shift lead or supervisor of the night. Every order that leaves that establishment should be to spec.
Take responsibility for your mistakes and correct them.
Went for taco Tuesday. After placing our order we sat and waited for over an hour before getting our food. There were at least 40 other people waiting as well with the restaurant only putting out one order every 15 mins or so.
With no orders coming out, they continued to take orders in the drive through adding to the number of people waiting.
I only got my food after going back through the drive through to cancel my order.
Definitely will never be going back here. I could have gone and killed my own cow, butchered it, grown the corn, and made my own taco shells faster than this!
