Cut keys but failed to verify that my key is chipped. So, while it opened the door and turned in the ignition, car wouldn't start. But they did promptly refund the purchase. While they have the equipment to do chip keys, the person trained for it wasn't available. Have to come back.
Helpful and friendly people. I wouldn't recommend getting your scissors sharpened here. They ruined some of ours.
I rated this ok because it is a bigger store but the associates weren't that helpful. Ive been to a different location and felt the staff there was assertive, helpful and knowledgeable. Then as I checked out, I had purchases 4 things with also my wallet and phone in my hand. He didn't bag my items and instead watched me struggle to grab everything and leave as there was people behind me so I didn't want to keep holding them up.
I love this place! You can find almost any thing you need and if you can't the friedly employees will gladly help you!
