Service is slow and they forgot one sandwich, but we like the roast beef
Love me some arbys jalapeños beef n cheddar n shakes
Love the gyros but this visit was with problems but they did fix it. we did have a large order but they forgot one sandwich. Upon arriving home where we place food in oven for ten minutes at 300 , found missed sandwich I called they said they'd make another? But I had to return. I returned and they made two for price of one. It still is a great place and with the covid it must be difficult since fast food is designed for eat in and occasionally drive thru. Remember to be kind in these new times. My hat off to the foot workers.
Worse experience ever for a first timer at Arby’s. Line was extremely long. Had to wait for fresh fries. I had to pull forward to wait for my order. The car behind me got their order before mine. I still had to wait for “fresh fries” which when I got them they were cold. I called back and the “MANAGER” on duty hung up in my face. I called back and he laughed. Not only that he REFUSED to give me the GENERAL MANAGERS number.
