Still the only place I trust with my hair after many years. After trying numerous places both locally and comparing to the many salons I’ve been to in California. Buzz Salon is definitely the only place to go for an excellent experience. Time and again I leave feeling completely in awe and above satisfied with the service Buzz provides. My haircut with a different barbershop was cancelled because of different hours and I needed to find a place to go. I called buzz salon and they had an opening so I met them immediately after I called. Mirhiam cut my hair and she was very friendly and did a great job. It was the best service I've had during a haircut, and they shampoo and put product in your hair afterward with no extra cost. It is a little pricey but that is understandable being in Iowa city, and it is still cheaper than some places. I will definitely be going back to Buzz Salon after this visit. 10/10
ALWAYS - an oasis of beauty, elegance and safety! Right in downtown Iowa City. My husband and I only use BUZZ because of the owner - who is the BEST in the industry! Talented, smart, caring and kind!
Took my mother in law for a wash after she was discharged from the hospital. Asked the receptionist if we could try out the samples that were there on the counter. She replied with those are for people who spend money. 55 bucks for a wash but that's not enough. Real classy. No thanks to your samples we didn't spend enough ud83dude09
Lori did a great job cutting my hair! She totally understood my hair type; came up with a plan and did an amazing job!!! I have super curly/frizzy hair and had lost hope that I would ever look normal again. I got my curls back and with it my personality!nI can’t say thanks enough!
