Before coming to Big J's, I had not had a haircut in months because of prior experiences. However, shortly after coming into Big J's I knew I'd made the right decision. He talked to me about the texture of my hair, pointed out what past people who had cut my hair did wrong, and made sure I was okay with the outcome. Overall, it was a great environment and great experience so I will definitely be coming back.

Big J is awesome every time. Based on what I’ve seen he can cut all hair too. I have fine blonde hair and I struggle finding people who can cut it but Big J has done a phenomenal job every time. He doesn’t talk a lot but he’s clearly focused on giving you the best cut possible. 10/10 I’m done searching for someone to cut my hair in IC.

Cut so fresh it look good in the dark, not to mention i was a walk-in,showing up 30 minutes before his first appointment. Moral of the story is he will have you leaving clean . Very prepared and clean shop, good music !!

Supporting a business, sometimes can end up being a nightmare. Big J called police on me because I had an appointment to have a haircut and chose his coworker to give me a haircut instead. When he said he wanted to give me a haircut I said my appointment was with the other guy he asked me to leave while the other guy told me to wait for the haircut. As I waited in the waiting area he grabbed my backpack and threw it outside and called police on me. Guys, I am telling, there are some businesses when they go to trash don't feel sorry for them because you don't know what the owner might have done wrong that caused that. If you want to have a lots of customers like your coworkers, give better service. Don't let jealousy and bitterness push you to unload your garbage on customers. If no customers come to your business you will have to close it. Have respect for customers sir. Jealousy and hate can not lead anywhere.
