Janet is an angel. She is extremely experienced in her trade and so very kind. When it comes to scheduling an appointment, she is extremely flexible and will essentially work around your schedule and at your leisure making her services super super convenient. Her new space is so gorgeous and comfortable, its like a retreat when you go to your appointment. It was so nice getting to know her as I continued to go to her for waxing treatments, she has become like family. I love Janet and would suggest her to anyone

Janet is best! She is extremely knowledgeable and makes the waxing process super easy. My wax was gentle but she was extremely thorough. I've never walked away disappointed in the slightest. She has always gone out of her way to accommodate my schedule and fit me in at any time of day and is the kindest woman ever!

I really hate that I have to write this because I thought Janet was friendly & knowledgeable, and I really hate writing bad reviews in general. But, my overall experience here was far from great. Within the first few minutes of my Brazilian she took a phone call from another client to book an appointment while in the same room as me, sitting there waiting fully exposed. Then continued to answer multiple text messages throughout my appointment, making it take way longer than it should have. I could have been mistaken, but I only heard her change gloves after the phone call. I didn’t hear her change her gloves every time she touched her phone (as she was preaching about keeping the area clean). When she finally finished, she said it was $85 instead of $65 like she originally texted me. At the beginning of the appointment she told me the wax would go a lot smoother if she trimmed me first & she asked if I would like to do that. Which I obviously said yes to because who in their right mind would think that someone using an electric razor on you for 2 minutes would cost $20 extra?? As shocked as I was, I didn’t hassle her about it & even left a tip. When I got home though, I noticed multiple spots that she missed & that’s what was really disappointing. I’m a broke college student, but I’m willing to shell out some extra cash for high quality services once in a while. But this was definitely a waste of $95. ):
