I normally don't go out of my way to write a review, but I just got one of the best haircuts I've had in a while. The service was friendly, timely, and high quality. Will definitely return to this location many times in the future.
The woman at the counter was very rude, she talked very quietly (behind her mask) and got irritated when I misunderstood her. She then continued to be extremely rude to the elderly gentleman who came in after me. Just very unprofessional. The stylist was nice enough, although I did not ask her to completely chop off my sideburns, or, for that matter, chop them off unevenly. Soo yeah overall, don’t go here. Try out the Hairport.
I came on here to say exactly what Bill said. The salon is great, the stylists are great. But none of them wear masks. 140 people got exposed at a Great Clips in Missouri, but no one got sick because the stylists all wore masks.
Check in online. Says my wait is 36 min. So I wait, go in and they tell me it will be another 30 mins. Need to fix your check in timer.
