Arrived at lunch on a Saturday to a small line of people and two girls behind the counter. The sandwich making duo clearly couldn't be bothered to be speedy, friendly, or even attempt any sort of multi tasking. With three orders ahead of us, a family of four and two groups of two, it took my partner and I 20 minutes to walk out with our food. It was comical to see just how little they cared about meeting the demand of the small rush. I had to laugh to keep from saying something critical out loud. We were pressed for time so the whole affair was punctuated by the fact our eyes were on the clocknnWe like subway so we will keep going but I just had to call out the experience. A little hustle goes a long way for your lunch crowd to see you are doing your best. But putting on gloves and taking them off at a pace that almost nearly seems you are doing it out of spite can inspire people to just walk out. Which did happen with people behind us who gave up waiting and nearly happened with us...

Rude staff, never have all the food ready when opening, other Subway across town is a million times better.

Some employees don’t cover their collective noses with their masks, and prepare food openly that way. Then they make fun of customers that complain, that just want to take care of their families by not getting them sick.
