This was a joke! I chose the most expensive “Awesome Wash” and no soap was used. It was probably out. I sat there for about 4 minutes while the machine just circled my car without spraying anything. Then more water. No “wax,” no “colored tri-foam,” no SOAP. One side of the dryer didn’t work, so half my car was still sipping wet too. It was a waste of time and money! My car came out with more water spots and filth than I went in with.
This is the second time I have gone here, and just had my money taken. Was trying to support local business, but this is ridiculous. Couldn't find a number to get my $10 back, but I will not be returning.
The place isn't even closed down and is still open even tho car wash does not work did not take my money . And vacuum had no power at all. Didn't pick up no trash!
Went into the self service wash bay that takes quarters after realizing the middle one only takes bills. Put a large handfull of quarters in and got 3 minutes on the timer. 15 seconds of which were used to find a selection that would actually make water come out. Admiring the homemade wand that was leaking my precious water on the ground, I soon only had 45 seconds remaining. As I went to get more quarters, the increase in pressure when I released the trigger caused the hose to burst about 4 feet from the handle. Getting me slightly wet I had to step out of the bay and wait for it to time out. With a half washed vehicle I then proceeded into the automatic bay. Lasting only a couple minutes I then exited with a 3/4 washed vehicle. At least the windows got clean
