I had been going here for a couple of years and seeing the same girl. I can see she had an attitude, but not with me so I was fine with it. I had a really bad time the last visit when it was VERY evident that they had used me in order to push a new stylist out.nnI was scheduled 10ish weeks in advance for a partial foil & cut. When I arrived for my appointment I was not with my usual stylist, but a stylist who transferred. I was so upset that I had done something to offend my usual stylist- I was really spinning my wheels wondering if I had hurt her feelings. The newly-transferred stylist was about to finish me up when I asked about the color. She said my appointment didn't have me down for color, but she was kind enough to work me in. Clearly, when they moved me over to a different stylist they cut my appointment. While she was working on me two other girls kept coming to her time and again and asking her about other appointments she could take. It was clear that they were purposely not giving the transferred stylist time in between clients, overscheduling her, and not being detailed or accurate in the bookings. The transferred stylist did an amazing job on my hair, was so kind and easy to talk to, listened to me, and explained everything she was doing. It was great and made me realize that I had put up with a real jerk doing my hair for the previous couple of years. I don't want to be associated with a place that would use me, and others, to tear down someone else. That new stylist was amazing and she quit. They didn't want someone taking clients away from them. I am not going back.

Rachel Miller always does an amazing job on my hair. The whole staff is very friendly and nice, making for a great environment. If you are looking for a new stylist I recommend Rachel at le rêve!

Worst hair experience of my life. I never write bad reviews, and I'm not picky about my hair I usually go to 15-20 dollar hair places and call it a day. I thought I was 'treating' myself. The hairdresser that checked me in was RUDE. downright bitchy. and the hairdresser who did my hair didn't utter a single word during the 45 minutes hair cut, it was completely awkward and uncomfortable. She didn't ask my about my hair, ask me what I do for products or taking care of it or anything. She started by washing my hair and the combing my thick curly hair starting at the roots and pulling down, till it was a bunched knot at the bottom and then picking it apart with her finger. She then proceeded to cut the first layer wet, half blow-dry my hair till it looks like Hermione from Harry Potter, and then finished cutting layers and framing my face. I left looking life a troll with half dried hair. I'm not exaggerating one bit and I wish I took a picture. I didn't want to pay let alone leave a tip for such horrible service. Would NEVER go back, even if the hair cut was decent, the women are bitchy and rude.
