I cannot recommend this Ulta location enough, specifically the salon. If you need your hair done, ask for Sarha B! She put a lot of time and effort into making my hair amazing every time.
I have been coming here regularly for about a year now after following my favorite hairstylist when she switched jobs. Sarha is the BEST and she's always excited to try out whatever wacky hairstyle I want to try out. She's super sociable and fun to talk to as well! I never actually shop for beauty products here, but the employees are always helpful and attentive. I also appreciate their responsible response to Covid-19.
Love the products and online store. Had an awful experience coming into the store. 3-4 girls huddled at the entrance, we made eye contact, and they didn’t bother to acknowledge that anyone was coming. Only one person was greeting, and helping customers the only friendly face in the entire store. Was hoping that they would say something as I was leaving and yet we met eyes again and they didn’t say anything. Completely dissatisfied with the customer service here.
Sarha is extremely talented. My hair was horrid from trying to color it during quarantine. She effortlessly fixed it. She does my husbands hair as well and we are both complemented after leaving her chair.
