I have always had a great experience when getting any service done at Etna! Kathy and her family are so friendly and make the experience awesome! She will go out of her way to open up early for wedding parties and come in sometimes outside of her business hours if her schedule allows. She’s always staying up on current trends for her customers! She also is very supportive of the community!! We are so glad to have Etna and Kathy in our area!
Kathy is warm and friendly and so accommodating. She's even opened early to get me in when I spaced off setting an appointment timely. When my nails need a break, she removes the dip for free knowing in a few weeks I'm coming back on the regular. Love Etna!
I have been getting my nails done at Etna since they opened, and I couldn’t be any happier. We are SO lucky to have a “big city” nail place in our little town. Kathy and her family do an amazing job taking care of everybody.
Kathy and her staff are AMAZING! Kathy has been doing my nails for over 10 years. She’s always professional and has such a fun spirit that is contagious! If you live in the Maquoketa area I would highly recommend her salon!
Kathy is very friendly and accommodating. She delivers on all of my crazy nail art ideas and if something goes wrong or I'm not satisfied, she will fix it without hesitation. By far the best nail lady I've ever had hands down!
