Bedbug issues that never get resolved. Property Management company doesn't treat other unit's. And is in constant denial of issues or making excuses. Not proactive. Has not invested in updating units like they should. Unfortunate as the building is an important part of history for this downtown area. On site manager friendly and tries to assist, but limited hours of availability. Apartments small, and even renovated ones are definitely not good quality flooring, fixtures, or appliances but all cheap quality and products.nUnfortunate since it's a lot of low income, disabled in one way or another people. The best part of this building is the main floor which was obviously the focal point. If the apartments could be updated and cared for like the lobby this would be a beautiful facility.
