I was there back in September of 2017. I don't remember the gentleman working there that day but I hope you somehow see this. It was me and my daughter I was waiting for the train to come back to Colorado. I had been there for hours due to my situation. You came up to me and helped me in a way that I have never forgotten about. You explained to me that I couldn't take all the stuff that I had to my name like that on the train. You help find me a couple of boxes to pack the stuff I really couldn't get rid of. I was seriously on my rock bottom and your kindness that you showed me that day has forever stayed with me. On top of that you locked my bags so I could take my daughter to subway to get something to eat. If anyone knows who this man was please let him find me. I just want to let him know I made it home safely. Just from the bottom of my heart thank you. Samantha Jackson...

Last time I boarded a train to Chicago, the Zephyr had to stop and the conductor slog ahead through the snow to direct passengers to the boarding platform on the north. Since there's no personnel to direct people, signage might be appropriate. The station is charming. I also recommend the coffee shop next to the tracks. I go west sometimes, and wish they could be open around train's departure at 6 PM. Amtrak in either direction is relaxing and delightful! I never had any problems.

Great parking long term and very nice staff when train was 2 hours late. No air conditioning though.

Amtrak issue. Not a mt pleasant issue....train was 12 hours late. Not reliable transportation in terms of schedule

This WAS our favorite station, but Amtrak decided it no longer needed to be manned. It is but a shell of itself, as patrons now have to fend for themselves.
