I love that Mo Valley has a car wash but that’s where the love affair ends. I’ve tried this car wash a few times and have been disappointed, just kept thinking it was a temporary thing that they don’t use hot water nor soap when you select the wash soap setting. May be a good value if you need to just hose something off quick but if you’re actually trying to get your vehicle clean definitely do not go here.
We pulled off I-29 to go to a car wash and maps took us a mile up the road to this place. I swiped our Visa at the automatic wash and it did not give us a wash, even though it said “sale approved”. we tried to cancel the transaction and it would not cancel it. We drove off with it still saying sale approved. Then I tried to call the phone number that is listed for the car and after it rang about 8 to 10 times, a robotic voice answered and said “please enter your Access number” , then disconnected. No wash, but they took my money. ud83dude20
Good job for the money on auto mated car wash
Tried this place three times. 1st time 5ud83cudf1fn2nd & 3rd time took my card but no car wash for my BMW. 2weeks later on each time afterwards refunded my $$. Wouldn't go back. I've used it b4 times w/no gliches, howe5, the last 2 times soured me on this one. Used it right b4 seeing in-laws family....
Went here last night and the machine didn’t take all my quarters, it’s spit the last 75 cents out. When I pushed the refund button it did nothing. I just wasted $6.25 to not have my car washed. I have tried calling them but get no where. Very disappointed to be robbed of my money.
