I have lived in my complex a few months and I love it already. A quiet complex with friendly neighbors. I don't need to worry about fixing anything, as when i moved in- they literally were so excited to tell me they renovated some stuff as a bonus! So kind and really genuine people in this company. It's always worrisome when finding the right apartment to move into, but this has truly been a great find! Gladly will recommend EG and Co. !!

Renting from EG Properties was amazing! My family and I moved out of town for a year and when we decided to move back, Emily was the first person I called. She scheduled a few places that she thought would fit our family and we couldn't have been happier with her choices. Maintenance was completed in a timely manner when needed and they were always friendly. When we finally bought our house, I couldn't have asked for a smoother check out. EG Properties will always be the first place I recommend!

I’ve rented from different places in the FM area and I’m still disgusted how I was treated at the end of my lease with this company. The unprofessionalism and disrespect made the move out process miserable. I would never recommend renting from the female manager (I’ll leave her name out for her sake, she knows who she is). Everyone else was just fine to work with. It’s unfortunate it happened, I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through that. I’ve never given a bad review before, but like I said, what happened still bothers me.
