So far so good...although we’ve only lived here for like 3 weeks now. I’ll post updates as my stay here continues because I know I find reviews super helpful (especially when deciding where to live).nnManagement is really responsive when it comes to repairs. Our liaison, Janet, is the best! Everyone in the neighborhood is super nice and says a casual hello even if you don’t know them.nnThe east side is peaceful and we love the dog park. I agree that the rental agreement is pretty thorough (and not in a good way). Basically everything and anything is your liability and fault so just know what you’re signing up for.nnMy loft style (Warner West) is really cool and spacious. The natural light is amazing! Hopefully things will continue to stay this way ud83dude42

When we were looking to rent an apartment, one of our concerns was how management would respond to problems. During the three and half years we've been here the response by Town Walk management has been excellent. The key to any relationship is communication. Management and resident services are reachable, they listen, address issues and follow up in a timely fashion. The maintenance staff especiallynmaintenance technicians, Mike B and Jen, are extremely competent, courteous and caring, never leaving a mess behind.nSo far our decision to move to Town Walk has been a good one.

Town Walk was a pleasant place to live, but it definitely was not going to be a permanent stay for me. Staff were always helpful and responsive (except man working in the mail/recreation facility who displayed a lack of standard decency on a few occasions). That said, amenities were respectable for the cost but could stand an update.nnBe sure that you understand the complete terms of your rental agreement before trying to make any changes. The staff want to help as much as they can, but they're just people working for a greater company.nnA message to the complex: Due to the location of my unit, I received approximately three hours of natural light a day which is unfortunate as it is; however, the units have no overhead lighting besides the light in the kitchen. Of course, living in a lower-level unit on the west side is not a factor beyond their control, but the lighting should be improved in next renovations.

We are on year 2 of living at Town Walk and as of now plan to stay for at least a third year. We upgraded from the smallest one bedroom to the larger one bedroom after the first year of living here and are much happier with the larger size. We moved in having 2 dogs and Town Walk was the only complex nearby that accommodated our needs with pets, which we are thankful for. Maintenance is very responsive and helpful, especially Jen who is the best- always friendly and knowledgeable. Amenities are great and make it worth the price, just sad we cannot use them during quarantine! But having the Farmington Canal right here is convenient especially for us active people. When it comes to renting there are always going to be pros and cons but overall we have been pleased with Town Walk and find that whenever we have a complaint, the staff at the leasing office have been helpful and understanding, especially Marcy.

Nothing quite like raising rent 10% monthly for 3 medical students during a pandemic to show your appreciation for current tenants
