Rich was an excellent realtor for making our first home buying experience a great one. He was extremely helpful and responsive with all of the questions we had.. and there were a lot being first time home buyers. It took us a awhile to find the house we wanted because we were a little picky but Rich was more than willing to continuously show us homes until we found exactly what we wanted. He also has a great personality and is super easy and fun to work with which is a bonus. I would highly recommend Rich to anyone who may need a realtor!

Rich is a fantastic person to work with. He always answers his phone (or gets back to you within a reasonable time) and is always willing to show you a home (no matter the distance). He also is very friendly, polite, and easy to talk to. The first time we met him, he walked us through the home buying process and even tolerated all of my questions. He definitely made the process easier because buying a home is actually really stressful. We saw many houses over the nine months we worked with him. He is VERY knowledgeable about all aspects of a home. He will point out issues and is competent in concrete work (so understand foundations and issues that might arise); he always checked the heating system and windows. He also knows all the loans types and the requirements that go along with those because a USDA loan has more things to watch for in a home then conventional and so he will point those things out to you so you know if the house might or might not pass inspection; and what would need to be fixed. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Rich, his philosophy is it doesn’t matter how many homes he shows you, he’s happy when you find the home that suits you best.

I had 2 months to sell a house and when I decided to put my house on the market, I was given a referral to use Rich. He had my house up on the market very quickly and it was sold in 3 days during the covid recession. He made sure everything was taken care of, with me being out of town almost the entire time due to my job. He was very professional and personable guy to work with. He gave me lots of good advice about making sure my home was ready to sell and was at work for me all hours of the day being available very early in the morning to late at night when most are sleeping. 10/10 would recommend using him for all your buying and selling needs!

I have had the chance to work with Rich not once but twice. He helped me last year find a home when I moved to Fargo. After a year I decided a twin home was not for me and he helped me find a single family home. He has always gone way above and beyond what you would ever expect from a realtor. He is smart, helpful, and prompt at meeting and getting back to you. I would recommend Rich to anyone, and have :) You will not be disappointed if you work with Rich!
