I've had a couple issues with 2 different stylists. Called to talk about my problem and one stylist said I would get a refund. Manager said no to that and gave me credit. Worked out with a haircut credit and a color credit. Just waiting for the next color to see how it works out.
Love the ladies that work there never leave disappointed.
Worked hard even with all the restrictions and rules, and left me with a haircut I was happy with.
I love this place! They know me by name and know how i want my haircut! They treat you like family and always ask is there anything else they can do to make you happy!
