My wife and I had Erika Haman from Hatch Realty as our realtor when we purchased a home. Erika was attentive to details and went out of her way to make sure we understood everything throughout the process. Her replies to our questions came swiftly, often within the hour of our asking, even in the evenings! We could not have been more pleased with the service we received and would recommend her to anyone needing an honest and attentive realtor.

Slowly turning our neighborhood in historic Hawthorne neighborhood into a college rental scene. Its zoned as a single family dwelling but apparently no one at the city of fargo cares. This may pass in some neighborhoods where people don't care as much, but we won't let him slide in and become some slum lord without a fight. The unkept properties in my area show what kind of respect you have for the areas you are trying to make an income off of.

These guys will send mail to the elderly and not think if they may have dementia. Preying on the elderly is disgusting. You should be ashamed.
