I called Comfortec for a plumbing issue in mid July and they had a tech out to my house that same day! Andre was very professional and called me with his diagnosis of the issue and what should be done to fix it. He gave me the straight talk about what was happening and what my options were to fix it. The great communication, speedy service, and immediate availability will have me coming back to comfortec again as my first choice in the future.

Very disappointed with our most recent use of this company. We have used them for years and our most recent inspections was nearly four times the price of previous years. When we tried to clarify the issue the person taking our call was dishonest about the communication we had and made excuses for not being able to see our account history, even though I had all previous invoices in front of me. Don't waste your time and money on a company who is not upfront or honest.

They arrive quickly after my call and got our summer house AC going with in hours of my call! Best service up at lakes we have ever had!!! Receptionist was so kind and nice, service guy was great and fixed the issue right away!!!

They are complete scam artists. Trust me, you should take your business elsewhere. They are absolutely despicable human beings.
