Mask is required at check out but not walking thru store and employees not wearing a mask as well
We use Menards a lot and the staff around the store have always been quite helpful and kind!nHowever I do feel customer service has declined substantially ever since they changed their checkout process and now stand there watching you bag your own items ud83eudd14
I go to Menards at least once a week and have a medical reason to where I can't wear a mask with drs note saying so, was just in there 3 days ago with no problems. Went in today and was told I couldn't shop there without a mask even with a medical reason and proof, so I went to my truck and started making phone calls to other places and a mask less employee told me I needed to leave and was told that if they ordered their guests to wear orange shirts that we would have to it's store policy, as I watched many other people going in without a mask and just as many employees not wearing one as well. I'll never go back to this communist establishment
Friendly employees always ready to help. Most generally have what I need. Prices very reasonable. The West Burlington Iowa store is my home improvement store of choice.
Items priced incorrectly. Items rang up twice the shelf tag price. Lady in charge of front end left me feeling as if my concerns were not worth her time and that she could not get rid of me fast enough. Actually took items turned and left the conversation. Avoid this Menards at all costs!!! Lowes is 1/2 mile down the road.
