I do not think it's open anymore I missed the great service

First we got here at midnight as the posted hours show. Well nobody was here to open the doors until 1245 and then there was a LOVELY sign at the front desk that said no front desk ppl or baggage check in the night my mom and neice were leaving. She was never informed, call, email, text, NOTHING.nSo I called the number they had posted and was told the ony way she might be able to check her backs is if she talked to the conductor.nThis is the worst customer service and don't worry I will be calling on Monday to get her some kind of refund. My mom who is almost 60 and my teenage neice should not have had to deal with this problem at 1 in the morning. Shame on you Amtrak.

It runs in the middle of the night and it's been remodeled with wheelchair ramp and doors.....easy connections to MSP airport via the light rail if heading to minneapolis

Needs renovating, but when it's only used from Midnight-5:00am most days you don't need to speed up on that necessarily. My vehicle was safe in their parking lot for the two weeks my sister and I were gone out of town so that was an added plus.

Is the Amtrak off in Fargo open to travel to Williston?
