We just moved in, but so far are enjoying our home with Goldmark. The management team is super friendly and helpful. We knew going into it that the building isn't the newest or fanciest, but it is a decent value for the rent we are paying. Our 2-bedroom is spacious. We are excited to have an assigned parking space and garage. We are also pleased with the building's location in Fargo.

I am still settling in, and my experience so far has been wonderful! Management has consistently been friendly, helpful, timely, and gone above and beyond to answer my questions or give me information. Likewise, my neighbors have all been welcoming and friendly. Although my move to Twin Oaks was for difficult reasons, my experience here has been amazing and so incredibly positive thanks to the support of strong management and the embrace of this community! I couldn't be happier!

As a parent of a college student, I was tremendously appreciative of the expertise, understanding, and sincere concern for the safety and comfort of my daughter by the professionals at Goldmark. We were cared for with friendliness, professionalism and compassion in securing the perfect apartment. They have been attentive and worked to meet our needs, making this transition an easy one for our family!

A+ for communication from the first initial inquiry to the final move in day. We worked with Samantha and then Julie at move in day, both provided outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend Lake Crest to anyone looking for a pet friendly place to live.

They are more than willing to be flexible and work with you about lease terms and any other issues you may be having. There are also very quick to respond. Only reason I am leaving is because I'm moving!
