Such a wonderful experience for a nervous new customer. They responded immediately to my inquiry online and with both text and phone conversations, they answered every question I had in detail. This was my first set of lashes and he went above and beyond finding a stylist that could work around my schedule. That stylist was Nike and he definitely gets 5 stars for fabulous! He spent time with me, making sure he understood what look I was going for and the best angle/curve that would highlight my facial features. My lashes look exactly as I requested, leaving me with the clean classic look. Nike was so gentle and calm while applying the lashes, that I literally fell asleep on the table. It was so refreshing to have such a wonderful experience walking in as a new customer. I highly recommend LENA BEAUTY NAILS, LASHES BROWS

My very first time here and I have to say it was one of the best lash salons I've been to. I have been to many and the people were kind, listened to what you wanted and took their time to give an outstanding result. I am impressed and happy that I was there for almost an hour and a half and it was well worth it and Thank you Lena for your professionalism and perfection! I have the most amazing lashes and brows!!!! Thank you so much Lena . My eyebrows have never looked so good, 100% what I wanted and more. Lena took the time to go through everything with me, and made sure my eyebrows were the colour I wanted and the shape - even though that took more time. I couldn’t be happier with my new beautician, I feel fabulous ud83eudd29.

Recommended by a few friends and decided to brought a group of 15 here for wedding nails, pedi, lashes, make up and we had the best experience. Our services turned out great and they got us all done in a very reasonable amount of time. Lena and her staff were very friendly and we felt very welcomed! I would highly recommend.

Do NOT go here!! I got my brows powder shaded by Jenna and it was a disaster! First she only numbed me one time at the very beginning when I first walked in. I was no longer numb when she started working. Needless to say, it was very painful! Then she drew on my eyebrows super uneven and when I mentioned that, she said oh don’t worry I will make them even as I go. Btw, it took her about 3 minutes to draw on the shape?!? You would think she would have taken her time to get it right. But I trusted they would be even. They weren’t. One brow was straight and pointy and the other was high and curved! When I voiced my concerns, she said oh don’t worry, I can fix all that at the touch up. I spoke with Lena, the owner, and said I do not feel comfortable with a touch up as it was not done correctly the first time. Lena was so incredibly rude and said she does not offer refunds of any kind no matter how badly they screw up because it’s in the paperwork we all signed. She offered to “fix” them but I said how do you make them even without making them super thick which I did not want? She had no answer. I’m telling you, do not go here for eyebrows. They rush you in and out like a number instead of an actual human. That’s all they care about, is turnover. Now I am having to try and fade them super fast because I look ridiculous!
