Called late in the afternoon about a toilet that was just not performing to standards and was told they would call back when they had someone available. I took this to mean a couple days. To my surprise, they called back 20 minutes later and had plumber Andrew on the way.nnAndrew showed up and first checked with an auger to see if a block was the issue. He did not believe it was and then inspected the toilet which was about 10 years old. He said the water flow was not right and gave me a couple fixes. One was to utilize an acid to clear the toilet itself of years of build-up. The other was to replace the toilet. We went with replace and he said he would call me back in morning regarding the availability of the bisque Kohler toilet we wanted to replace it with.nnSure enough he called back before 8 with a price and stated there was one available and that they would be calling back later on install availability. I received a call early afternoon and 20 minutes later a plumber was there to install. (Yes, I know I can install a toilet and yes, I have done it before) This time, I chose to have it done professionally to make sure that I alleviated any issue I had been having.nnAn hour later the new toilet was installed, the old one was gone along with the boxes and garbage and the new toilet flushes great.nnThanks Jeff and crew for the work.

Jeff’s plumbing did an excellent job installing a new faucet for me. I called in the evening and they were here the next morning. The plumbers were friendly, professional and very efficient. I am happy with the service and will spread the word so others can have a great experience as well.

When we called, an actual plumber answered, not an answering service. Communication was excellent. Andrew was professional, pleasant, and efficient. We really appreciated that he offered to wear a mask in our home during the current pandemic. Job was done in almost no time, and he left no mess. I would recommend them to everyone!

The lady that answers the phone for scheduling appointments is extremely rude. She shows no respect for her customers and doesn’t seem to value their time or their business. And, don’t ask to pay your bill by credit card or you will get scolded. I was told to take my business elsewhere if I needed to pay my bill with a credit card. Jeff seems like a super nice guy but lady answering the phone needs to understand why she is in business

Came out promptly fixed the water heater only negative was he left the water heater pan full of water..there was a wet vac right there..otherwise I would recommend jeffs
