I got my nails done by Katie and she was so kind and friendly! She was willing to have conversations with me and she made the experience really fun! The place was really pretty and clean it looked like a mini palace. The nails were amazing I showed her a design I wanted and she was very excited to do it, it ended up being amazing and I loved it! If you are considering going here I encourage you to go, this place is worth your money.

I went in today, the day before we leave for our honeymoon to get lash extensions, brows waxed and tinted. I had never done lash extensions but I thought it would look nice and be easier than having to mess with mascara. I had done some research and the videos and images of lash extensions on their Facebook page looked beautiful. So I booked.nnThe gal started on my lashes and I’d requested the mid level ones - she said they’d be fuller but look natural.nnAfter getting my lashes “done” she struggled getting them unstuck from the tape. She pulled at several lashes for a minute or so. During this process glue got in my eye. Again, first timer, didn’t know if this was normal.nnShe then waxed my eyebrows- good shape! and tinted them. They turned out orange, I made a comment about them and they said no, they’re just light brown. I asked them to redo them, they did - they look much better, a little dark but that will fade.nnI also asked them to fill in my lashes more as they seemed very thin , not full and natural like she said they would.nnAs she filled them in more she again had several issues with the my lashes being glued together to the bottom lashes. Again glue got in both of my eyes. At one point my eyes were watering because of her pulling on them trying to separate. She had to use scissors to separate them.nnI was so frustrated after my almost 3 hour appointment when I left I couldn’t talk to them. Not once was there an apology, or an acknowledgement that I was in unnecessary pain for this service.nnAs I got home I kept on feeling something in my eye. I went to look in the mirror and about 30% of my extensions in my right eye are falling out.I understand they’re not permanent. But now I have no time to redo them due to my honeymoon and it looks ridiculous.nnI went in for a confidence boost and now I’m super self conscious for the terrible services I received that will now be documented in honeymoon pictures. I will not be returning to salon again, and I hope I can find a decent place to get good lash extensions in the future.

This place is amazing! The salon itself is beautiful!! They were super nice, organized, and clean. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for an awesome nail salon that goes above and beyond for their costumers!

I will never be coming to this salon again. I came in today around 3:30. I asked for a very simple set of dip nails. The technician who did my nails was very aggressive with my hands. When I asked her to cut the tips down a bit, she yelled at me and refused. I should not have to pay for nails I am unsatisfied with. Horrible, horrible service.

I have been here a number of times for a shellac pedicure and have never left disappointed. This time I had Emma, and she did great! I am very picky about my nails - nails were well filed, color was applied beautifully, and her massage almost put me to sleep. I can’t go anywhere else as they pale in comparison!
