I have been going to the Spa at West Glen for a while now and wouldn’t go anywhere else! I love how kind and professional the staff is, always making sure I fully understand any treatment they offer, and their pricing is affordable compared to other local places I tried before them. They have great COVID procedures in place, so I always feel safe and comfortable walking in their door. Highly highly recommend!!
First time visiting this spa. I went because they offered maternity massages. They have a wonderful pillow that allows you to lay face down! It was very comfortable and I was 36 weeks along! Mallory was great! I also got a facial from Michelle and that was very very relaxing! I felt so refreshed! Unfortunately due to the pandemic, I could not have a robe or anything but that's ok. Only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was the price. Little steep but can't say it wasn't worth it. I will visit again for sure!
I thought the experience would exceed my expectations considering the prices but it definitely wasn't for me. The services I received weren't the best and there were quite a few things that weren't acceptable.
Dr. Heidi is terrific. She took time to consult me before agreeing on how to proceed. She is honest and will not recommend something if she doesn’t think it will give the best results.
I absolutely love West Glen Spa! I have been having massages there for several years. Andrea my massage therapist is the best. She gives a wonderful massage and takes a concerned interest in me as a person and not just a client. She always is sure to ask if I have any problem areas and works the massage around my areas of concern.nI so enjoy relaxing before or afterwards with a cup of tea in the Spa's relaxation room. The changing area is always clean and offers everything one would need to enhance the spa experience.nThe gals at the front desk are always friendly and smiling.nThe entire West Glen Spa experience is excellent.
