this was the only place i would get my eyebrows done, till now. the past three times i’ve had to sit and wait with no other customers in store. while workers enjoy there time doing whatever it is they’re doing. if you’re going to leave a “be back in 30 minutes” sign.... just close for the day! very unprofessional.
I’ve been calling for over a week to make an appointment for eyelash because this is the place I always go and they never have someone there for walk ins. Made two different appointments for them both to be canceled then did a walk and and just called again for no answer all I want is my eyelashes they way they have always been done but apparently this place doesn’t want clients
I’ve been here a few times to get my eyebrows done with no issues then today got them done and the lady took off more than half of my eyebrow off. As someone with naturally thick eyebrows this was very upsetting. Guess I’ll just have to draw them on until they hopefully grow back.
Saw my girlfriend for the first time today and didn't even recognize her. Said she got her eyebrows threaded at Brow Art 23. Unbelievable! The person doing it must have learned off YouTube. Save your money and try the next place because the job done today was not a job well done.
I used to love this place. I've been getting my brows done here for like a year and there is one girl who does my brows well. But there are so many different people working here it's ridiculous. I went in yesterday to get my brows touched up. The girl made my brows extremely thin. I'm beyond upset! Don't go here. I have specific instructions and she just pretended to know what I was saying and proceeded to do what she wanted.
