Loved my experience here & I will definitely be returning. The staff is friendly, and the service is excellent. Prices are reasonable for what you get. My nails came out so beautiful - Tammy is amazing and so kind. She didn't mind me changing my mind a bunch (before we started obviously !!). The pedicure was so good.. all around excellent experience. This is my new nail salon :)

Wow! JUST Wow. Clean, professional and definitely up to date with everything! Dang is always polite whether it be on the phone or in person. Customer service driven for sure! Great service the moment I walked through the door. Reception was pleasant and got seen right away. My manicurist was knowledgeable and was able to give me the exact style I requested. I will continue to come to this location, as I didn’t feel rushed like most places. I had a great experience overall. Highly recommend this location than most spots in West Des Moines

I went in (no appt) for a refill and pedicure, which took about an hour from entry to exit. I must say that I am extremely pleased with my nails; my pedicure, however, was disappointing. I'm giving 4 stars for the service and my GREAT nails.. Elsa did my nails and did a wonderful job! I absolutely loved them and they came out better then the pictures I showed her. I went there on my birthday and enjoyed every minute of it. I got in and out very fast and everyone was super nice and helpful. I live in Johnston and it's worth the drive for quality nails.

I have been coming here for 5 years. And now reading about they changed ownership. I was nervous but still decided to give them a try. And OMG this new crews is amazing. They are friendly, make you smile and very professional. They quality is excellent and they value your time and money. And they now awesome as design on nails. Awesome environment, great people! Best quality nails. I went 2 weeks ago and normally would have broken one by now but they are strong and gorgeous! The did an amazing job. I get so many compliments on my nude glitter ombré. The managers were friendly with customers you could tell all the employees were happy & cared about customer satisfaction. I saved up to 10$ to select the KO pedicure today for this special month.
