Called for a furnace repair. Told them I had a circuit board that had literally burned. Very rude unprofessional acted like he was mad that I happened to be able to not only smell it, but obviously had the wherewithal to remove a couple of screws and physically see it.nnI don't know if he just assumed a female couldn't possibly know anything. I had a relative who worked in the business for years. I know how to take a front plate off and I know how to look at the flashing lights and their meaning. Obviously my furnace didn't have any flashing lights nor would the blower turn on due to the burnt circuit board. I'm not capable or have the desire to fix the furnace, but I was capable of removing a front cover and seeing something obvious.nnSeriously the guy was rude and angry. I called two other companies saying basically the same thing, they could not have been nicer. Any company would have to look at the furnace and figure out why that happened. But at least they knew they had to have that part and they -not me -but they may have an idea what all they'd have to look for and be prepared with those parts too, if any other parts were necessary. He didn't want the make or model of my furnace, nor the circuit board part number. I don't know if he was trying to make it so he'd have a couple of trips and maybe my pipes would freeze in the meantime. Lots of red flags.

Fast, friendly and efficient. Wouldn't go with anyone else.

With 2 kids under 3 we needed it fixed right away. My husband called Baldon they arrived 10 mins later, fixed the issue with in minutes.nWhat a great, friendly, helpful company. I wasted too much of my time trying to give him my business. I left him a voicemail and sent an email seeing if I could get a quote on some HVAC work. After a few weeks I never heard anything back, so I figured I'd try to contact him on social media. After a few more weeks I got a message saying to give him a call. When I called he said he was meeting with a customer but he would give me a call back at this number in 5 minutes. Surprise surprise... I never heard anything back. Completely disorganized and unprofessional. I gave Adel TV & Appliance a call and they were able to come out and get things taken care of right away at a great price.
