Usually I enjoy shopping at this store. Today that was not the case. I don't know if this was a new employee but he couldn't have been less friendly or less accommodating . As a matter of fact he didn't even say thank you when I paid him for my purchase. His name is Chris. Managers should take educational measures with him
Great store with excellent customer service. Kris assisted us with buying a trailer and the landing gear for it. Made the process easy and smooth. Made the drive from Des Moines very worth it!

Awesome store! Awesome service! Awesome products! I go there for everything, from lawn mower parts to well pump switches, and from sump pump floats to weed trimmers they have helped me greatly.nnThe trimmer I did recieve is awesome! I originally ordered the economy model, paid for it online, went there and picked it up. The next morning I was fueling it up and noticed I had the wrong model before I put fuel in it. They gave me the professional $300 model and I only paid for the $129 model. I did not want it on my conscience, and I believe in doing the right thing so I called and talked to the store Manager, she is very nice. I told her that it was still new and I was willing to come back to get the one I actually paid for, she said for my honesty and setback I could just keep this one. I said it's not really a setback but that's great!nnLong story short, they stand behind what theynsell and do! That is what's truly important, not to mention very impressive. Love this store! Love their products!nnTractor Supply is awesome! A lil bit of everything! And, now I have a Cadillac when I paid for a Impala! ud83dude09ud83dude01
