Burggraf's Ace Hardware

Really really good staff, the screws for my license plate are unusual size and I have to drive around couple times to find them, then! Finally I found them here and there is a staff even help me install licence plate in this such cold weather only with a T-shirt, I even don’t know his name but I really really want to say thank you! You make my day! And make me feel so warm inside my heart. I’m so so so grateful!

Fair prices, nice location, products that last, clean store, and amazing staff. If I can't find it at Burggraf's Ace's Hardware store, they are usually able to tell me where I can find it. Thanks for all your help!

I will most likely be changing this review to 5 stars shortly, this ACE location has been a standard of good service in my neighborhood for as long as I have been here.nnSome issues need to be addressed with the current staffs training though.

They had what I was looking for, even found something I wasn't really looking for. The place is convenient and a real quality store. I like that they are a Big Green Egg Dealer.
