I asked for a salad with chicken and they gave me a chicken salad sandwich, even though I asked the employee 3 times if he knew I wanted a salad and not a sandwich.
The food is ALWAYS great! The salted caramel chocolate chip cookies are too die for!!!!
We were welcomed and treated with kindness and help. Food was very good. Distancing was practiced which we appreciated as we are in our 80s.
I love Arby's, but this location was a huge disappointment! Poor customer service, room temperature fries and sandwich, and no sauce added to the bag! My 4 year old took a bite if his chicken nugget and said it was too hard and crunchy. I tried it and it was ridiculous and barely edible.nJust make the trip across the parking lot to a different food service and save yourself the mistake if eating dinner here.
