I didn’t speak to anyone there at the time we received service as I was with my two children and wanted to spare their feelings but this was the absolute two worst cuts that ever happened upon their heads. My daughter only went in for a side buzz which is the style she’s currently wearing. Literally all she needed was to have her head shaved evenly on one side. All that was needed was an even pass with the clippers and this was somehow botched. My son went in for a simple trim, a #2 around the sides and short cut up top. He walked away with a few uneven spots and a couple of bleeding nix on his ears. In the end I paid $51 for two kids’ cuts and the value was worse than what you’d expect at a Wal-Mart salon. I know it’s just hair and it’ll grow back so there’s no permanent damage done. My issue is really with the price they charged and the service we received; were not at all equivalent. I would definitely not recommend this salon for a cut, I feel bad enough I subjected my kiddos to wearing hair that was styled here.

Got my hair done about a month a go here and I am very disappointed with my experience. I have been very hesitant writing this review but I feel it needs to be done. My hair stylist didn’t listen to one word I said. I went in for for a color correction (cause we bleached my hair at home and missed some spots two weeks prior to me going in) and asked to go lighter. She put bleach on a few spots and kept continuously telling me that we weren’t going lighter today I was already pretty light. I continued to stress that we were supposed to go lighter and her and the two other hair stylists observing continued to disregard what I was saying. When it came down to toning my hair she messed up on the color and blamed my hair for being too porous... (I am a cosmetologist in another state) I had just bleached my hair 1 time from virgin hair and it wasn’t that porous at all. I take very good care of my hair. Definitely made me feel uncomfortable as she was stripping the color out blaming me for my hair. They seemed to struggle with what to do next and me already feeling as if I wasn’t being heard I started to suggest things for them to do. I could tell they were very annoyed but if I was listened to from the beginning I wouldn’t of had a problem with how everything was going. My hair didn’t look bad coming out but it wasn’t what I wanted. It wasn’t what I went in for. All that needed to be done to my hair was lighten up a few areas (that were missed) and then bleached it all over for a lighter platinum tone. But instead I paid $200 for her to put half a bowl of bleach on my head and mess up on the toning.... then at the end of our session she recommended someone else to me. Will never come back to this salon. A good stylist listens to their clients.. as my stylist did not. Unprofessional and very upsetting that I had to kinda take over. I know as another cosmetologist how we need to be in control. I stressed from the beginning that I was nervous but I was fully putting the power of my hair in her hands. I love to support local salons but this is definitely one I wouldn’t come back to.

I am a medical professional and been getting massages for over 10 years, you went over the top.nJared I commend you for your professionalism including the communication and education as you worked on my aches and pains. I felt comfortable with your knowledge as I could see your experience. Options where offered after the initial evaluation that allowed me to feel control and with direction.nThe scheduling was smooth and staff helpful. This is an all inclusive salon. I am a platinum blonde. I am from out of town and needed a root touch up. Lexi did my hair and she did an amazing job. I was so happy with how everything turned out. They have olaplex as well. Great salon with fair prices. I like how they have a spa, nail techs, and a beauty and skin section all in the same store. It's like a one stop shop for premium pampering.

Designers are friendly and know what their doing!
