Received an incomplete hair cut that I paid $30 for. I recieved my hair cut and was supposed to judge the job based on how the stylist styled it. Wash , cut, then dry. Mind you I don't style it ever. Stylists should learn about their clients a bit more before rushing them thru a service. And not to tell you to judge the job on the spot feeling rushed based on how it looked when it was styled. I left the salon and on my way home was messing with my hair and big strands of hair were falling in front of my face. I asked for side swept bangs and my hair is voluminous and likes to bounce up. So those strands were where shorter hair shouldve been because of the bangs I had requested. The rest of the cut was great. But the main focus ie. The bangs have been a MAJOR PROBLEM... I have contacted and a stylist who didn't give me the hair cut offered to fix it. It is very hard for me to find time to get into the salon.. this wouldn't of been a problem at all if circumstances were altered. Meaning stylist should adjust to requests and different needs of the customer. Not everyone is the same, their hair shouldn't be treated as such. I know a lot of stylists are different but for me i need my hair cut when it is dried. before styling...
