Menards has everything from construction and remodeling supplies to grocery and cleaning needs.
Not so happy with Menards today. Wanted 1 disposable basket. We found them but they were on the top shelf and second shelf from the top. Walked from the west corner to checkouts where there were several checkers (nice) but no customers. Asked one of them to call some help for us. No one came. Finally got it myself, almost on my head. When i got it home it was missing one end piece.
When Dennis an I went to look at a new washer a very neatly soft spoken young gentleman told us all the info and that they had one in back still in the box! I will have someone bring it out to the dock and here is all the information you may have to checkout and I will meet you at dock 14! Absolutely; clean as whistle we were checking out! It was a pleasure to buy without to much info but very knowledgeable about what we needed to know!nThank You; Sir we look forward to seeing him the store when we come back! I believe that his name was Imam! He told us that he had just started working there!nYou would have never thought that for as much knowledge he told us without a sales pitch!nHe's an awesome man! I hope to see him the next time we come back! Do get him a new name tag!nHe deserves to be known!
I must commend Menards on their Covid 19 policies. I would like to see better cleaning of shopping carts, so I gave 4, not 5 stars. It is great to see a large retailer take steps to protect customers. Please remember to wear a mask covering mouth and nose.
From the time that I asked for help, the employee was extremely kind and helpful! He loaded my purchase in my vehicle for me and secured it. I was very thankful!
