Tommy's Express® Car Wash

Love this place!nnEdit**. Response to ownernnThe people who work there are awesome and the job the wash does is excellent. I travel around the area (Omaha, Lincoln) and there's a location there. Very happy so far with my membership.

Signed up for the month free for Tommy’s car wash. Went through the car wash once and decided it wasn’t for me. Went into the app and cancelled my subscription. A week or so later I clicked the app and it showed an error 401 code. Thought it was a bit odd, but didn’t think anything of it. August 1st comes around and I’m charged the $39.99. I called the corporate office right away, but it suggested I leave a voicemail or send email. I sent an email and 2 days later finally got a response. The app apparently failed and didn’t cancel my subscription like it said it did. They cancelled my subscription, and told me that I would have to call my closest Tommy Wash for the refund, and gave me contact info.nnI sent an email explaining what happened and no response. I called the wash, because I understand some people get busy and don’t take time to read all emails. I called and asked for the suggested manager. Right away, he wasn’t friendly. I explained what had happened with the app and he was quick to blame me for it not cancelling on the app like it was supposed to. It was my fault, because I didn’t call when the app failed. Like I was supposed to know that the app didn’t really cancel my subscription. He then refused to give me a refund, saying that they don’t give refunds. Even though in the terms of the subscription it says I have 45 days to receive a full refund.nnIf I was able to get the refund for this accident, I would have gladly gave it 5 stars.

This place is everything I could dream of! It is pricy which made me not want to do it for a while. I think I will use it every now and then but not every month, I am just too frugal! I really love the vacuums and the mat wash. The actual car wash does a really good job too. The staff are very on top of things. When I vacuum out my car the staff cleans out the trash very quickly after I am done. They are also always there to hope you get on the conveyor belt , as I know some people are nervous to do that. I wish they had the different washes on their website that includes what is included in each wash, however, I have noticed that it is in the front of their location. Another nice feature is that they have little call buttons throughout their locations in case you need something. For example, sometimes the mats can get stuck in the mat wash and there is a call button next to the mat wash for assistance.

My youngest son absolutely loves going through the car wash. It's quick and very thorough on cleaning my truck.

The service was really fast and it's affordable, not to mention the actual car wash was really cool to go through.
