Dirty when we got there, cleaned it up. Then, COLD water! You cannot run a dog wash with cold water. Traumatized our sweet boy. Get it together or close. No pets should be treated this way.

Did NOT clean car windshield well AT ALL. Left stuff on hood of car. Usually not bad but this time was NOT good. ☹

Been going here since it opened. They take great care of their facilities, which is evident by how long it's been open and is still in great shape. Being a car guy, I prefer to use the manual wash most of the time, but the automatic does a good job especially compared to other places' automatics.

I was charged twice out of my checking account when a bay wasnt working and used another one and they charged me for it.
