Long wait is normal, check your order. Food is normally good and drive thru staff have been friendly.
Family wanted taco bell so went through the drive through. Got home and found we didn't get 1/2 our 30$ order. Tried to call 3times to resolve the issue and get our food but each time I call they would pick up and hang up right away.
They've discontinued the grilled stuffed chicken burrito and that was the only reason I ever went there. I won't be going back.
Took 30 minutes just to get to order. I've worked fast food back in highschool. For how many were in front of me, that's completely unacceptable. I reccomend you go to the sit-down restraunts during this quarantine for curbside service, for great Mexican food. You won't wait as long as you would for taco bell in Atlantic Iowa, and it's going taste exponentially better too.
Great customer service. Nice people without being fake nice. Tasty food! Although somebody forgot to season the taco meat last evening. No biggie....usually it's great. Taco prices getting too high for how little you get, however.
