First i want to say the salon is very nice, second it was CLEAN (thank the nail gods). My nail tech was very nice and was very attentive. I wasn’t left waiting and got in right when my appointment was scheduled and left at a good time! The nail files used were new and clean! In addition I know that they’re reusable tools were sanitized as I witnessed themnBeing brought to the back to do so. It also did not reek of acrylic chemicals which was great. I would definitely recommend, THEY ARE BUSY FOR A REASON. And if they don’t answer the phone it’s because they are busy with clients, but any time I’ve called they answer. This will be my new nail place and probably the only one I’ll go to as the services are nice, the price is fair and the staff was really pleasant!

I called in to get a full set... and when I showed up for my appointment they didnt have me down. He started yelling at me to show him in my phone when I called them, so I pulled it up and then he just said that it was my fault that they didnt get the schedule right, brought the girl over to ask her and she said that she never talked to me, which she did. So I didnt get my nail appointment that I waited to get. Very upset, I was disrespected as a customer. Lost my business.
