Lavish Nail Bar

Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. When I walked in at 4:30 they made it feel like I shouldn’t be there. Then she made a call while doing my nails and wasn’t paying attention so she cut my toe with the clippers. She nearly did it again on the other foot but I pulled away when I felt it. I’ve never been so uncomfortable or experienced such terrible service.

I was a customer from the start but I will no longer be as of today. It was the best nail salon to go to but as time progressed the customer service decreased and waiting time increased. I know it’s a service industry but the way the money is made does matter. Respectable loyal customers with an appointment made should be provided with service first. An appointment is purposeful. When setting up an appointment we request when is convenient for them due to multiple services and children. We make the appointment because we are from out of town and travel. When arriving today on time for my scheduled appointment I was asked to step outside to speak with the owner in front of a full salon. The conversation consisted of several things. I was informed when inquiring about prices with nail technicians due to inconsistent prices we made them feel uncomfortable. As a result of that one person part of the party is only going to be given services by the owner. I was lectured why things get behind and when they are short staffed things will get behind. During this I was never apologized to for the wait time or thanked for understanding fromnthe last two visits (2 hours to do a dip) with an appointment. I highlighted these incidents when set up this appointment which I feel was the reason this conversation happened today. To end the conversation I was informed that mornings are their busiest times, “I know you have an appointment but can you reschedule?” I questioned why I was scheduled at that time by the owner when I firmly requested a time that would be best for them. I was not valued or respected as a customer. I am upset how I was treated and highly disappointed in the salon’s business ethics.

We got manicures and pedicures!! Don’t waste your money on the pedicure, it takes them like 5 min!!! They didn’t even remove my old polish on my toenails, just painted over it!! Cut my nails to short, didn’t even try to shape my nails! Was my worse experience ever!! I won’t ever be back, I will tell everyone I know that they are horrible!!

What an amazing place! I love the environment and atmosphere. I always feel welcome and like part of the family. I have been going here for awhile and even got all my friends to go here as well. I have gone to other nail salons and they either don't greet you or give you nail fungus and don't seem to care. Thank you lavish for providing such great service to myself and my friends!!!

Destiny did great on my pedi! Best ever!
