Unbelievable! Staff was incredibly rude to a point I left my meal and walked out.
Hadn’t had subway in a long time. Figured I would stop by on my way through my hometown as I used to go frequently. Asked about apple pay. Was told by the manager “We accept it but I don’t have any idea how to use it so you will have to figure that out for yourself.” Okay then. Got to the point of paying, held my phone up - was told not working/declined. (Never popped up on my phone and never touched the keypad so couldn’t have been declined.) ended up asking the coworker with me to cover (paid him back via applepay) & he was told declined also. They ran his a second time and it worked. Food was okay but awful experience.
