We have secured doors at sargent, but guess what, your able to pull the door open without your key. Not making it very safe living there. We get a bunch of strange people in this place. Not to mention hallways are horrible. Otherwise been okay to live. Been here for 3 yrs.

Refused to fix a leaking window that led to a moldy window sill that caused me to be hospitalized.nOnly tried to make arrangements to repair the problem once I refused to renew my lease and informed them I was moving out.nNow is demanding I pay them for that window sill and still harassing me with phone calls 3 years after I've moved out and had told me I was getting my deposit back, which I have the move out papers saying the apartment was acceptable when I handed over my keys.nWorst company EVER to deal with, and I rushed to buy a house just to get away from them. Avoid renting from them at all costs.

If I could give this a Zero I would. HORRIBLE place. They never own up for their mistakes. Maintenance doesn’t get anything done. They will not do snow removal as it is stated in the lease & then they will try to blame it on you.. over all a horrible company to rent from and I do not recommend it to anyone.

Don't rent from this company.. horrible management. Having problem with other residents in the apartment, manager won't help... we have been going to the police instead...

Nice place! Friendly office staff! Needed a place fast and fast is what i got.
